Module 1: Perform Solution Envisioning and Requirement Analysis (35–40%)

Identify and document existing solutions and systems: Assess enterprise architecture, identify data sources and capture requirements.
Perform fit/gap analyses: Evaluate feasibility, address functional gaps, and determine solution scope.
Module 2: Architect a Solution (40–45%)
Lead the design process: Design solution topology, customizations, user experience prototypes, and application lifecycle management.
Design data models and integrations: Develop data model strategies, integration plans, and automation strategies.
Design security and business continuity: Establish security models, authentication strategies, and business continuity plans.
Module 3: Implement the Solution (15–20%)
Validate the solution design: Evaluate detail designs, validate security, and assess performance.
Support go-live: Troubleshoot migration issues, resolve deployment problems, and ensure go-live readiness.
