To book a course or multiple courses, simply select your desired courses and follow the registration steps on our website. Alternatively, you are welcome to fill out our contact form or send us an email on customerservice@evergreenalliance.org with your booking requests. After submitting your bookings, you will receive confirmation within 24 hours. We double-check availability and ensure all details are correct before confirming your spots. If there are any issues or if we need additional information, we will also contact you by phone within the same time frame.

You will receive comprehensive joining instructions via email no later than one week before your course begins. It is important that you take time to read this information carefully as it often contains crucial elements, such as guidance for any exams and specific requirements for participation. These instructions include all relevant details such as course schedule, venue information, and preparatory needs. We often send this information earlier, so be prepared to review it thoroughly to ensure you're fully prepared for your course.

Detailed instructions on how to register for the exam, if available, are included in the comprehensive Joining Instructions email sent prior to your course. It's important to note that the exam often is not included in the course price. Be prepared with a credit card ready for use when you start your registration for the exam. These instructions will guide you through each step of the process to ensure you are fully prepared. Attendance and active participation in all course sessions are essential for completing the course. Regardless of whether you opt for the exam, you will receive a course completion certificate from us upon successfully participating in the entire course.

If you haven't received your booking confirmation within 24 hours or your joining instructions within the specified time frame, please contact our customer service team immediately on customerservice@evergreenalliance.org. We will investigate and resolve any communication issues as swiftly as possible.

Upon completing your course, you will receive a direct link that allows you to update your LinkedIn profile with your new qualification easily. Just follow the link and the instructions provided to add the course to your education or certifications section on LinkedIn.

In the rare event that a course is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives such as transferring your registration to a new date. We aim to minimize any inconvenience and ensure you still have the opportunity to complete your training at a time that suits you best.

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and our ESG focus, we primarily provide digital course materials. It's important that you bring your own laptop to access these resources effectively during the course. This approach not only supports our environmental goals but also allows for immediate and convenient access to course content. Rest assured, we take care of everything else needed for a successful training experience. In rare occasions, we can accommodate requests for physical books; however, this may require an additional payment to cover the extra costs. Please make any such requests well in advance of your course start date to ensure we can meet your needs.
