Course Summary

This two-day SAFe DevOps 6.0 Training course provides a comprehensive overview of understanding the DevOps Practitioner, Scaled Agile competencies needed to accelerate time-to-market by improving the flow of value through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Attendees will gain the knowledge to chart out their delivery pipeline process from idea to delivery and learn to identify and eliminate all bottlenecks.

SDP Certification Training course will help you to build an understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework and encourage continuous exploration of new ideas, integration of those ideas into the solution, preparation of solutions for deployment, and Release-on-Demand. Knowledge of the SAFe scalar (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) approach to DevOps will be imparted.

This approach helps the team members collaborate and share responsibility for the entire range of solution delivery. This SAFe® DevOps Certification course uses the DevOps model to align people, processes, and technology throughout the organization to achieve faster results and deliverable solutions.

Module 5: Reducing Time-to-Market with Continuous Deployment
