- Recommend tailored training solutions and guide clients through the selection and enrollment processes.
- Provide continuous support and follow-up with clients to ensure their educational success.
- Collaborate with our course development teams to keep our training offerings relevant and impactful.
- Track and report on client progress, offering insights and motivation to help them advance.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in professional development to enhance our advisory services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Proven track record in advisory or customer service roles, preferably within the education or professional training sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at motivating and inspiring others.
- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for juggling multiple client interactions.
